They are seeking a motivated Software Engineer (Junior to Mid-level) to join their team during an exciting period of growth and change.

You'll join a small in-house team, working alongside contractors, with a focus on learning the business, understanding an existing codebase, and contributing to system enhancements and business growth. The role involves a mix of project work and addressing customer-focused production issues in a dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities
Build and support web applications that deliver significant value to the business operations.
Produce, review, and document high-quality, reusable, and efficient code as part of a progressive agile delivery team.
Develop and share knowledge regarding web application development best practices within the team.
Contribute actively to day-to-day problem-solving across the development pipeline.
Participate in the estimation and ensure timely delivery of solutions and projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
Your Skills
Required:
2-3 years of hands-on experience developing and successfully shipping web-based application code.
Demonstrable coding experience in C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET, and/or React.
Solid experience in web development technologies including common JavaScript libraries, React, HTML, and CSS.
Experience working with SQL or T-SQL.
Proven skills in using source control tools, particularly Git version control, including building and automating solutions.
Experience with unit testing methodologies.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
Demonstrated skills in both application development and ongoing support.
Desired:
Demonstratable experience coding RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies.
Fundamental knowledge of secure coding practices, application security principles, and security protocols.
Experience using Kendo UI components.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor of Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience.
Must possess full Australian working rights.
