The Opportunity

You will be involved in evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the development and implementation of effective solutions. About the Role
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support ongoing reviews of business processes and contribute to optimisation strategies. You'll stay informed about process and IT advancements relevant to modernising systems. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement.
Supporting the development and implementation of solutions.
Participating in meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis under guidance.
Documenting and communicating the results of analysis efforts.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports or summaries.
Working closely with clients, technical teams, and managerial staff.
Assisting in defining database structures or system designs that reflect business processes, based on requirements gathered.
Taking initiative to help deliver application or process improvements for the business.

Liaising with customers directly to understand requirements and support delivery.
Skills We Are Looking For:
Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good process mapping and definition skills.
Proven ability to understand information systems and technology concepts.
Strong relationship management and customer service orientation.
Some experience (e.g., 1-2 years, internships, significant projects) in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related field is preferred.
Ideally, a Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration with Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Ability to transform verbal requirements into usable system design concepts is highly valued.
