They have an exciting opportunity for a critical and analytical thinker to join their Finance Operations team as a Data Administrator (MDM Analyst). This role suits someone who thrives in an environment promoting high accuracy, strong governance, and continuous process improvement. You will be adaptable, adept at addressing system issues effectively, and skilled at maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Timely and accurate actioning of data-related cases/requests coming through internal systems from various stakeholders.
Maintaining and updating master data (e.g., contract details) to accurately reflect agreements or variations, aiming to eliminate discrepancies.
Investigating and resolving data-related issues, focusing on implementing long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes.
Assisting with solving carrier invoicing and credit issues in collaboration with relevant teams (e.g., Claims).
Proactively communicating regarding data discrepancies and efficiently resolving them with both internal and external stakeholders.
Participating in ongoing stakeholder training initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and system usage related to data management.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency within data administration tasks.
We are looking for:
A minimum of 12 months of experience in an analytical and/or systems-focused role (e.g., Data Administration, MDM, Systems Analysis).
Proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
A successful track record demonstrating problem-solving capabilities and involvement in continuous improvement projects.
Proven ability to manipulate, analyse, and interpret data to support decision-making.
Strong mathematical aptitude.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and governance.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
A Commerce or Information Systems qualification is desirable but not essential.
